Lovely morning👍 got out early which is better for me not so ploddy as when I have to go after work. Was quite surprised when it was time to stop! Definitely need to start covering more ground now to get to the 5k

Well done on your progress! But remember, you do not need to get to 5k.

It's totally irrelevant.

Infact you will build a better aerobic base by keeping the pace down to a conversational pace .

Trying to increase distance at this stage is more likely to have a detrimental effect on progress

Well done! I love a good plod, but I know that in that final week nine, the focus can really narrow to "what will my time and distance be on graduation day?!!" Actually, I'm not sure I've got another gear other than plod....Anyway, you are doing great!

It’s fascinating how we all run happier at different times of the day. My after run works are always a little faster and easier, I think I enjoy processing the day. Also, legs have been walking around all day so probably have a better warm-up.

I’m one run behind you, congrats and keep going 🏃‍♀️
