After breaking my tailbone late last year, losing all my fitness and putting on a fair few pounds, I was dismayed to learn the other day that I can barely run for five minutes at a stretch. Rather than push myself or give up, I'm getting back into the program.
I did W1D1 today and I'm looking forward to getting my body back used to the rhythm of running. And doing it the right way. I have nothing but good things to say about the program, and I can't wait to get stuck into it.
Onwards and upwards.
Happy running
