Finished week 7. Run 3. Under estimated, after reading what others had said about warmer weather, and went off a bit quick. Slowed it down but really struggled the last minute and had to walk for about 20 mts up a short slope, but did finish running. Keep well everyone.

Enjoy the next ones. Those sneaky hills are pesky, especially when they arrive at the wrong moment.

Certainly do. I do my runs on the drive at work that climbs about 26ft and is half a mile a lap, 25 minutes of running is five laps and the last couple of minutes always ends up going up the steep bit. Cheers.
