W9 run 2

My body was ready for this run but my head really wasn’t. Waited until 4pm to go out - odd time to run for me but it worked as I told myself once it was done I could relax and enjoy the last of the bank holiday weekend in smugness!

Mainly uphill to start but took it very slow then decided on an out and back, rather than making it a circuit as I was enjoying the countryside and solitude so much (rather than the road back through village and past the swing park and the garage). All went to plan and ended up with negative splits - not something I am that familiar with 😂. One more to go to my 2nd graduation!

Ooh, sounds like a lovely run. Do love an out and back when you get to reap the rewards of all the uphill on the way out. You’re so close to graduation. Enjoy the final run of your C25k.
