Set out this morning not overly confident as it is a few days since I have run. Sometimes life just gets in the way. But I did it although I did have to concentrate on keeping running. I could easily have jacked it in. So I am pleased with myself. I'm not totally convinced I am ready for run3 and might do run2 again I'll see how I feel on Wednesday.

Congratulations, you did it.
As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running. After that loss of condition is gradual.
There is no harm in repeating a run........every run makes you stronger.........but a positive attitude can make a huge difference to your success.
