Wk 9, R3 done. This is such a brilliant programme and really works. I’ve done it a couple of times before after injury and always get to the end.
So good for my mental as well as physical well-being.
Definitely going to keep it up.. injury permitting. If you’re having a tough time, stick with it, read the really good advice on here and you’ll smash it!

Massive congrats!! And well done for sticking with it, this post came just at the right time for me, just feel like staying in bed and eating junk food all weekend but I am gonna try wk8r1 later, sometimes it’s hard to get motivated but your post really helped so thx x
