I did it!!

I am buzzing I’ve done it, started this journey because I want to run a 10 k in memory of my son that is part one done. I will carry on for a few weeks running 30 minutes the go onto do the 10 k app.

Congratulations on completing C25K, there isn't a 10K app but a training course called ".Ju Ju's Magic 10" a little like C25K, if you Google it you should be able to run a 10K in around 9 weeks, however, before you do that, run several 30 minute consolidation runs, once again congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K.
