Hia all ...hope you are well ! Ran this morning and I have to admit it is getting tougher . Tiredness and recovery seem to be taking longer . I might need two days between runs at the stage .My legs are heavy . At least I got to run before the weather changes. Week 9 looms with excitement . . 3 more runs left. Resting the legs now . Speak soon. . .

Congratulations on your progress!Heavy legs is often a symptom of dehydration !

And nothing wrong with 2 days rest !

I did this after week 8 run 1 as I was slowly recovering from injury

Two days rest if needed is fine... your running and your pace.

Do make sure you take the advice rehydration too and a healthy eating regime. Fuel needs putting in to get the power out:)

Also maybe, up your core strength and stamina work on some of your rest days... the running body needs work on it to keep it running ( ha ha) smoothly!

As the runs get longer, the body needs the extra input:)

Loads of ideas on the S and F Forum... including some links which I posted :)
