C25k Completed! 😂😂

It is with slight disbelief that I can report successful completion of C25K, this morning. When I started in January thought I would be able to get there in the end but expected to take rather longer that the 9 weeks or so!

Amazingly I seem to have been fairly injury free so far, with only one slight niggle at the moment.. The improvements in breathing capability and stamina for running time have been so rewarding.

This Forum has been great, with some excellent advice from the Admin team and more experienced runners, together with additional mutual support from those like me who have only started recently. Thank you all.

Just looking forward to some weeks of practicing the thirty minute run now, and trying to maintain the advances over the last few weeks.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about taking up healthy exercise but to say that here is a bit like preaching to the converted.

Maybe time for a small celebration 🍺!!
