After being on the ic for 5 weeks it's tough going, but going I am.
To help me I joined a ladies running club who are helping beginners to complete the C25K. They only run twice a week but the 3rd run I do at the gym.
This time round I am talking to people instead of myself so know that I am running comfortably.
I cant say I've gone from fat to fit but I'm certainly on the way to fitness again still fat, that's what sitting on the IC does for you, still the toe is nearly back to it's normal colour so onwards and upwards.
