Hello! 👋 I started couch25k a few weeks ago. On week 5 now. Absolutely loving being out in the fresh air compared to trying to exercise in front of my TV for the past two years. Really excited about the week ahead and moving to longer runs. I run in the morning, great way to start the day. ☀️
Looking forward to connecting with those on a similar journey and to get advice and support along the way. 🏃♀️

When I started in late August I ran at dawn because I didn't want anyone to see me, but I soon reslised what a fabulous time of day it is to be out. Through the winter (and because I'm now proud to be seen!) I moved to the afternoons but I think I'll go back to moorings in the Spring.
It's an awesome stage you've reached, where it starts to become more about managing the run and less about when the next walk break comes. Happy running!

I’m really enjoying the programme too! Unfortunately due to my job, I have to run in the evenings during the week! I’m looking forward to Spring and those lighter evenings!
Hello 👋, you’re same as me. I started just after Xmas (but before New Year😉). I’m about to do week 7 run 3. Loving it and I also run in the morning. It gives me a boost and I feel good about myself for the rest of the day. Enjoy your running 😊
Hello and welcome. Well done, you are coming up to the even more fun weeks of the programme. 🙂 I haven't actually tried early morning runs yet. I have been running in the afternoon or evenings, maybe this weekend I will get out there early.
