Hi all, earleir completed run three of week one. Found the second session difficult. Today was easier. I’m doing it on a treadmill. Anyone else doing this? Any tips?

Welcome Pipchick - well done for joining in with this madness ! My top tip is “When in doubt, slow down” - covers more than just running ! Enjoy your journey x

Hi, well done, just keep going is my advice! I do all my runs on the treadmill, never really got on with outside. It can get repetitive on the treadmill so have something you enjoy to distract you like good music, ebooks or podcasts. Good luck and enjoy!!

Welcome. Week one, especially run 1, is tough... if you can do that you can do this whole thing. Don’t be afraid to hit the - button and slow down if you need to, slow running is the best. Enjoy your journey

wise advice. my walking pace is 5.5 km/h and I try to run at 7.5 km/h. but a few times my legs couldn't keep up and I dropped down to 7-7.2 rather than stop.
