It’s a graduation post! 🥳

A blustery, dark, sweaty final run to conclude the C25K programme. And what a journey it has been…

A huge huge thank you to all of you for welcoming me back without judgement and with kindness, support and advice. Nothing beats the lovely comments from all of you, not even the runners high!

When I started, my mental health was fragile. I felt very much at the base of the mountain, gazing up at something that felt insurmountable. But here I am, at the top, looking to the next peak! And I couldn’t have done it without your support. Mount 10K here I come! ⭐️

I think it was about a month??? I remember that I reached a point where I just felt ready to move on. Once you start extending your runs, you will soon be back to 10k🏃🏃🏃
