I'm back after finishing C25K last summer. Went back to work, got bogged down and next thing I knew I'd put on 20kg and was breathing heavily when I climbed the stairs. So I've been carving out little pockets of time to fit in some exercise and started again 2 weeks ago with an ad hoc run/walk/run around the field while my daughter played football. When I compared it to C25K runs it fit somewhere between weeks 3 and 4 so that's where I started. It's much more fun this time around. I'm not putting any pressure on myself and the fear factor is gone. Today I will be trying W5R3. I'm just going to put on a podcast and run and see where I end up. If I finish it Great! If not ... i'll just try again another day.

Well done on getting back into it .
Keep it gradual without any pressure!
Not only will you need to rebuild your stamina but also your resistance to injury.
And as a matter of course I would also suggest to anyone who's had time out to re read the program guide .
