W5 Run1

I should have done this run on Tuesday past but repeated Wk4 run 3 cause I felt I wasn’t quiet ready to move on. As a result I did Wk5 run 1 today and I’m very very pleased with myself. I thoroughly enjoyed it and just couldn’t believe I had run for 5 minutes. Bring on Sunday can’t wait.

After a really hard W4R3, I found W5R1 a breeze. It surprised me. I really enjoyed it too.
