30 minutes for the first time in a long time πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I've just done a full 30 minutes run, which I haven't been able to manage for a couple of months and covered 3.06k. I maxed at 155bpm and averaged 145bpm. Now to many that's pretty poor, but to me I feel like Rocky having just run the steps........ rock and roll πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ 😁😁😁

What's poor about that? I think that's great! Keep going :-)And that heart rate ... really not important.

The heart rates were for the benefit of others, rather than me. As long as I don't have chest pain, I just keep going πŸ˜‚ but some people it seems need the stats. According to the algorithm I am OK......... just!

Great news, it really feels good when you achieve your goals after a difficult patch.

Congratulations, it's not easy to get going again after a break and must be a relief to know you can still do it. . You have also spurred me on as I've not run for a couple of months too due to virus followed by hip pain. However, I'm going this afternoon for a walk/run with friends to get started again and after reading your post, that's exactly what I'm going to do.Hope you're soon running as far as you like, whenever you like ! Best wishes ☺️
