Having started, I have managed to complete upto W5R2 last night phew!

Looking forward, run 3 seems quite daunting, last time I ran for this length of time was 40 years ago at uni!!

Help!! Any tips?

Great progress!Run 3 of week 5 is actually 1 minute less of a training session than run 2 was .

Don't overthink it , just keep it slow and enjoy one of the best weeks in the program !

Thank you!Got listening to some music to switch the mind off and kept going at a slow pace, worked well.

Looking forward to W6 next.
