I did W6 R2 today. Last week I stayed at my son’s to look after my granddaughter as my daughter in law had Covid-19. It was a busy week but I did 4 runs but all were on the flat. Today I attempted W6 R2, I did do it but had to walk up some of the steepest bits. Should I repeat it? All my runs after this will be continuous and will include hills, what is the best way forward? I am sure you will all give me the best advice 😅

There is no wrong answer.
The hills will have been a good workout in themselves, so not repeating is fine.
If you decide to repeat, that is fine too.

If you are not totally happy that you fully completed the workout, then perhaps it is best to repeat the run.
It is a training plan, not a checklist exercise, so only you can answer the question.

Why not just try w6 r3?There are probably loads of reasons why you struggled on w6 r2 - stress, tiredness, emotional exhaustion...
You might find the next run goes much better, then no need to repeat anything
There are no rights and wrongs here but remember the biggest challenge is a mental rather than physical one
Good luck whatever you decide to do
As already stated, it really is up to you! If it were me, I probably would repeat to avoid the nagging feeling that I hadn't completed the whole thing. 😊
