So , the other day I didn't quite manage the wk4 run 1, in that halfway through the first 5min run I had to stop and walk a little bit π, but I made myself carry on again after a minute or so of walking. I did manage the first and second 3min runs though.
Then when my lovely trainer told me I have to start my second 5min run, I did swear a little and ignore her for a bit ππ but then I ran to the end. All in all I think I ran about 3.5/4mins in both. Afterwards, I considered repeating wk3 to prepare me a bit more.
But then I remembered something I've seen as a response on many posts... just think of it as practice!
So yesterday I tried again. And I did it! Woohoo! Felt so amazing to finish it properly! Actually, I felt I could have done a bit more but obviously didn't. I'm going to do an extra wk4 run before I move onto wk5, so that I've done 3 good wk4 runs. But I'm really looking forward to wk5 now and absolutely know... I can do this!
Also... I still haven't smoked, so over two and half weeks smoke free now. Again, early days, but feel incredibly positive right now π
