Hi all my name is David I am 51 years old. I needed to lose weight, loving this app it is really helping. On the 3rd of Jan I started at 17.8 and today 3 weeks later I am 16.4. I will keep going.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress and weight loss, though I can't imagine that is wholly to do with running.

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
