Finally hit 5K

Last Monday. Twice since. I didn't mean to. I was hoping to increase gradually - added 5mins, (35mins), and when I got there NTC(?) said you've completed 4.699K. I thought I'll just run on a wee bit. 38 minutes.

Now I need to wise up, slow down and work on form.
