Merry Christmas

Wednesday I treat myself to a foldable treadmill. Not an expensive one and it does fit under the bed. I wanted something to keep me running during the cold dark wet winter mornings. Brilliant I thought that’s me sorted!! But on Thursday I got Covid so not only spent the last few days feeling absolutely dreadful I had to isolate alone away from my family. Trying to keep positive at least I am set for the New Year, and looking forward to next Christmas already. Happy running and stay safe everyone

Sorry about you getting Covid after you treated yourself to a foldable treadmill, I hope it won't be long before you can get back to running on it.

I won't "like" your post Poppdog as it's no fun having COVID, having been there and bought the t-shirt, I can a-test to that.

All I can say is I hope you are on the road to recovery soon, but please be patient and keep your expectations sensible - I am still in the process of regaining my energy levels some two months+ after the infection. Plenty of rest I found was my greatest friend.

I am toying with the idea of a folding treadmill too. I have my eye on the Dynamax foldable running pad - which one have you plumped for?

Here's hoping you will be back in 2022 with renew vim and vigour 🙏

Mobvoi Home Treadmill slightly bigger than I thought even after measuring, re measuring and measuring again but it does fit under the bed. The downside is you have to take off the arms to fold flat.

Thank you for your kind words. Thank goodness I had the injections, however only had the booster 2 days before being infected.

Here’s to a better brighter fitter 2022 for us all
