Hope you all had a great Christmas 🎄 I finding this week ok but there’s no easy way round the hill to get back home 😳 it’s killing me I know it’s about 8 mins including my 5 min cool down but I’m never so glad to sit down 🙈 hopefully this gets better as my fitness improves 😂 or I will be very happy to get home to cold Northern Ireland in January ☺️☺️

Hills are my nemesis. Never did quite get round to loving them 😤

If you run the hills you will be stronger than if you don't.

When you can run for 30 minutes, in a few weeks time, the early weeks will seem very easy.

You are doing great.

Use your arms to get up the hills, (your arms drive your legs). Google "Backwards arm drive" and it will show you. And shorten your stride to baby, baby strides. Keep looking up, not at the ground, and shoulders nice and relaxed.

Happy running, hills will become your friend.
