The continuous runs can seem interminable, until you get your mental strategies sorted.
You may find distraction helpful, so that the last things you think about are time and the physicality of running. If music doesn't do it, try podcasts or audiobooks. I used to give myself a running commentary on everything that I could see, hear, feel and smell as I ran, in full florid sentences.
No one expects to have to train their brain but it’s definitely necessary! Muscles, heart, lungs and brain in equal measure. You can do it!!
the mind thing can be a total pain, I struggle with it too even tho I graduated afew months ago. Its something to work on/mull over whilst jogging and before u know it you have done the 30 mins, keep going
