Hi everyone, hope you’ve had a lovely weekend? Just thought I’d update you on my revisit…week 1 is all done & dusted…didn’t know whether to move on to week 2 after the first run as it wasn’t challenging at all, but I didn’t, the runs are there for a reason so I’m sticking to it…
How beautiful the weather was today, the low Autumn sunshine made the trees into their own kind of lamp shade & the birds seemed to be singing louder than ever!!
Wherever you are in your running journey have a good week & when you get outdoors take a deep breath & enjoy being outdoors just because you can x

You have lovely running shoes Mummycav, well done on re completing week 1 of C25K, today has been lovely and rather cold, I have had a great week, ran a 10K on Wednesday but missed parkrun yesterday, instead I ran a short 3K, you will be looking forward to week 2, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍
Thank you AlMorr …I’ve only been out in them about 4 times, I usually stick with ‘On cloud’ but I saw these ASICS & I loved them so I thought I’d give them a go & I like them so far 😉Sounds like a great week of running for you, I missed parkrun too but like I did when I was doing the programme last time, I can incorporate parkrun when the runs get longer 🙂
I’m still not running Mummycav but we’ll see what the physio says next Friday. But it’s been so long that I think it’s going to be back to the start of C25K again for me too! Enjoy your journey!
