Well after beginning C25k in April this year I have finally completed week 9 run 3 today. To say I am happy and proud is an understatement I never thought I could do it. I'm still so very slow but will Continue to work on speed and fitness but happy days. C25k really works and I can't believe it.

I honestly have no ego when it comes to exercise I was 50 this year and for the last 2 years completely changed my outlook on health and fitness. Had a hip replacement 11 years ago and have never stuck to any exercise but with the knowledge I have achieved I now know that exercise is vital to health and longevity so for me that's all this is about. I want to live a happy healthy life as long as possible. 😊
