Run 1 ✅

Run 2

Run 3

I was feeling quite nervous before this run, not so much for the run itself, but for something preventing me from completing the programme - which happens so often. Anyway, run 1 is done at my best pace at this altitude - 1595m - I'm still a long way off 5km, but that's the next chapter. 🏃🏻‍♀️ 😊 🏃🏻‍♀️

Well done on your progress !And don't worry about 5k.

Distance is completely irrelevant, this is a time based program and your doing just fine 😁👍
