Week 2 Run 3 completed Still feeling great and no aches or pains from starting this new exercise (used to at home YouTube workouts/Zumba/Hooping).
I must admit I am a little nervous at the leap up in Week 3 to longer length runs and pace will be trial and error. Still, there's no rush, I can keep redoing the week until I crack it!
Roll on next week (or I might try and get a sneaky run in on the weekend!)

Thanks John for that breakdown, it seems a lot less scary now 😀 It's that 'twice as far' fear I guess that made me nervous but you've totally put it into perspective.
Can't wait to try! If at first I don't succeed, try and try again!
