Done run 2, and that was tougher than run 1. I think it was down to lack of sufficient hydration and really poor food choices yesterday. Lesson learnt for run 3 now to rest up and end on a high!

Well done on your penultimate run of the program !Lack of hydration can have a huge effect on your runs , Ideally as a runner you should aim to drink between 2.5 and 3 litres a day , even on non running days ,
As for food choices, well , solid-banana-bread may not be ideal 🤣

Best of luck for run 3. I always run better at the beginning of the day - legs start to feel like lead by the evening, usually for all the reasons you've mentioned!
