Wk7 run 2 was a 10k yay I made it!!

I made it round the Worthing 10k in one piece and earned my first medal! (Slow run but glad I made it) I’m really pleased and exhausted, I ran for the first 5k then did a combination of walk/run for the next. The crowd were amazing and the atmosphere really helped, I started c25k as I signed up for this race 7 weeks ago and think I may just carry on with this running malarkey as starting to enjoy it!!hope you’re all having a lovely weekend, my legs are aching a wee bit now so having a rest before a mad Monday 😘

Well Done, be careful not to do too much as you will risk injury. The programme is designed to build you up gradually.

🙏 thank you, yes absolutely I’m going to go back now to where I was in week 7 and carry on gradually

thank you, yes I’m going to take it slow from now on and just enjoy it with no pressure maybe trying out different routes
