Wow 💪🏻🌈💪🏻 I completed this morning wk 6 3rd session of non running for 25 mins which I actually completed 26 mins as my app froze .. the sense of achievement is amazing as just a few weeks ago I couldn’t of imagined doing this …
I used to watch other people jogging and just feel exhausted watching them and think ooh no that’s not for me.. I had subconsciously conditioned my mind and body into thinking it was not possible for me plus it’s really bad to run/jog..
Following through with the weekly sessions is so important to me and to finish this will be amazing a big tick to yes I can !!!
