Thank you for your post - such an uplifting, beautiful description of your run and surrounding countryside. I reached week 5 earlier this year, then unfortunately broke my ankle while jogging (initially I thought it was just sprained so didn’t get it checked for a while) but am keen to resume this plan again. Your post is just inspirational, thank you!
