Good luck! Just do it! Itβs a light jog not a run and only for 60secs at a time. Mine was barely more than a walk on day 1 but I did it and that was the key! Iβm on week 3 now x

Well I completed my first run wow it was hard I nearly gave up at the half way mark but I didnβt I took it slow like you guys said and the second half was much better than the first π€£π€£π€£ bring run 2 on Friday. π
