W7R1. Low expectations and better result!

I woke very early, feeling very out of sorts and rather dreading the run - 25 mins! Twinges in my back, niggles in my knees, just generally blah.

And do you know what? It was fine. Slow, but fine. And oddly enough all the niggles and twinges have gone, the dog has had her separate walk along the river and all is right with the world. Still a runner then...!

What more could you ask for ? The idyllic run and feelings afterwards.. Bliss.

I'm not sure I'd call it idyllic, but a whole lot better than I thought it would be. And feeling considerably more human afterwards is a definite bonus!
