You probably won't loose much fitness in in 2 weeks and then it will be gradual .I would just go out for a gentle jog with no expectations, just see how it goes without pushing yourself

Do an easy session. Go out and jog for as long as you feel capable, and see how it goes. You don't lose much over the course of a fortnight.
