Off for about two weeks

Hi all, I’ve been back into the office and not able to run for about two weeks or so, could I just go back and run or do I need to ease in again? Thank you

You probably won't loose much fitness in in 2 weeks and then it will be gradual .I would just go out for a gentle jog with no expectations, just see how it goes without pushing yourself

Do an easy session. Go out and jog for as long as you feel capable, and see how it goes. You don't lose much over the course of a fortnight.

After a year and a half at home it was very strange going back in. I’m sure once we get back into a routine it will get better. Hoping for more working from home days to fit in early morning runs:) Have a great day !
