Just got in after completing week 6 and I'm really pleased with myself, 25 minutes non stop running seemed unimaginable just 6 weeks ago!
My husband and baby met me at the end of my running route and we walked home together which was nice there's a river nearby and my baby loves the ducks so it's nice to have that time together after a run ๐
Hope everyone is having a good week!

What a lovely ending to your run today katemellors, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER ๐๐พ, well done ๐ onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.
Well done Kate and that extra bonus of having your family support you is lovely. I have that run on Thursday ! As you say 6 weeks ago it was only a dream!
Well done Kate - and what a wonderful reception to bring you home too ๐๐๐
I am on Week 6, Run 2 tomorrow and hope it goes better than Run1 yesterday, which was a run from hell! Run 3 for me is supposed to be Sunday, but I may well leave it until I'm home from a weekend away as the weather doesn't look great and I usually run inside on a treadmill. I think both the bad weather and the rougher terrain will go against me and I don't want another disappointment that I could have avoided (like yesterday!) in this block.
Onwards and upwards for you.........Week 7, Run 1 and now you are running whole blocks with the big girls until the end ๐๐๐ช๐โโ๏ธ
