I felt so tired this morning (12h shift) but I planned 3rd run of week 1 for my lunch break and there was no excuses. In fact 2h before my break I realised I was counting down time to my run! And it was amazing! If anything, it was the easiest run so far.
Can't wait for week 2!
I am so proud of myself! πππ

You deserve to be very proud of yourself pe stopa, onwards and upwards to week 2, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 1, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K. π ππΎ
Wow I know just how you feel, after starting week 1 and doing it wrong π₯Ί I did Monday and Tuesday 30 sec run 90 sec walk just put it down to my age lol. Thursday did it right then found out I should have a rest day in between so tom6start of a correct week wish me luck.
Well done! That, in my opinion, is the toughest week of the entire plan and you've done it. It actually gets easier from here on in and you will surprise yourself with your progress as you tick off each run.
