Day one of C25K. Needed all the determination in the world to do it but glad I did… even though it was at 6am before work.

Well done, a good start on a good program.

It's all easier from here on in, you've taken an amazing leap of faith 👍 the plan won't let you down. Enjoy every run be they good or bad ( yep we all have a dodgy run sometime).
