Often what I'll call "fashion trainers" from the big brands are awful as running shoes.
These look more like running shoes to me.
What do you mean by "hard soles"? Is it because they don't have much cushioning in the sole? This is actually a good thing. Many specialist running shoes will be lighter and use less padding than fashion trainers.
Cushioning in the heel is seen by some as a very bad thing as it encourages heel striking which is bad for your joints.
Reebok Floatride Energy 3 feel like you are walking on air I have a pair for Running and a pair for loafing, you can get a 25% discount on them if you look around and they are cheaper than Nike to start with.
I like the Nike Zoom Winflo - they’re very comfy and padded, although don’t look exactly like the one in the pic you’ve posted. Before I used to run I wore running trainers as ‘everyday’ trainers as they were more flexible and comfortable than ‘fashion’ trainers, so I think it makes sense to ask this question on a runners forum 👍
