W9R3 done, so slowly slowly does it.... never thought I would manage to go from running only when being chased by a big tiger which is never, to running for 30 mins! I have developed a new habit of running so will continue and see where it takes me👍🏻 so nearly got to 5k but not important at all at this stage... Just going to keep on keeping on!
