Week 6 complete!

Thanks to everyone’s posts and kind and helpful comments I managed to do run 3 of week 6. The feeling after is always great but it was honestly such a hard run. My mind always thinks of all the places that hurt and reasons for me to stop whilst running, it’s so weird how it tries to stop me from running. Seems that everyone is in the same boat on that one though!

Congratulations on completing week 6 !Well done .

If it feels hard though , just slow down a bit it will make a big difference 👍

Woohoo!! You did it!! 🙌🙌 whenever I notice any aches or pains I try to distract myself by singing along to my playlist or look around and focusing on something else. It is tough but so rewarding when we reach that goal 🤩 Week 7 now!!

That’s a very good tip- if anyone sees a deranged woman running with a dog and singing aloud that is me haha
