Hey guys.

Took on C25K last Summer, & got to W5 R1 before stopping for no reason at all. Always kicked myself for it. Tried to get back into it a few times but kept struggling with motivation.

Fourth time lucky, I’ve just completed W2R1, and my girlfriend has decided to take on the program with me since W1R2.

Feeling great, excited to beat my ‘high score’! 👌🏃‍♂️
