Hi I have recently completed the 5k challenge and want to progress to 10k now. I have downloaded the podcasts in the NHS 5k+ site but wondered if anybody uses any other podcasts that actually increase the time spent running each week, as the 5k one does?
I love the way you can listen to your own music whilst also having your 'mentor' interjecting their instructions!

Many people use the Magic Plan over on our sister-forum, Bridge to 10K! It's not an app or podcast, but it's very good, and there's tons of support on Bridge.
I've just'discovered' NRC, I thought it would be scary but it's great! Just like CAFC asked, listening to music while a very encouraging mentor keeps you motivated.
