There are several like "map my run" , or "strava"I personally use the free version of "strava"
Not of course "Starva" as I said in my pre edited post !

There are many. Which ones are available depends on whether you have an iPhone or an Android phone.
About week 7 I decided to splash out on a Garmin watch.
I think it depends what data you want. I used map my run first as it was free and I could log on my phone using phone gps , if it's just to log distance try that see how you get on. I didn't use it for long I ended up getting a secondhand Garmin watch . since then I've upgraded the watch!
Strava for me and the free version, also heard the Nike run app is good once you have completed the C25k , good luck!
