After 2 runs where I lacked motivation I got on my treadmill this morning with a different frame of mind. I even upped the pace a little for 1st 10 minutes and finished with a 30 second sprint πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

My treadmill packed in again just as cool down started so I walked in circles around my kitchen πŸ˜ƒ at least we know what it is this time.

Absolutely shattered now but so chuffed with myself cos in a previous life I would have packed it in well before now 🀣🀣
