So today I finished week 3 of this splendid programme, week 4 I’m coming for you!! What’s worked for me this time is trusting the sessions and my body, also not looking ahead. I’ve followed and stuck to each step even when I’ve felt I could do more.
I’ve noticed a difference in my headspace, my self-esteem and also my weight too.
Yippee!
