The first 5K

I am so pleased - this morning I ran my first 5k (5.08k). I finished C2 5K on 3.88k and the 5k took me 41 minutes so I am sloooooow but just very pleased to have done it. I just want to say again that it's a great programme and it's lovely to read the support and encouragement on the forum. It's a real incentive to keep going.

Is 41 mins slow for 5km?? I didn't think so. I bet there's a chart for slow/fast/medium times somewhere! Well done I really don't think you are sloooooow at all. 👍

I just assumed it was slow because it was way outside 30 minutes but I shall now rush to look up average times 😁
