I was told recently to find what's best for you so I did. Today I went out without any expectations. No thoughts on distance or time and if I didn't complete that's fine too. This was just for fun.

After a little pain from my last run I was not going to run this morning but in the late afternoon I felt better so decided to go out but take it very slow to leave room to challenge myself.

The reason being there is a bridge with steps or steep ramp, my turnaround point usually. I decided when I get to 12.5 mins I may not turnaround and instead go up the ramp and over the bridge and had no idea if it was going to derail me, as pretty steep, but over I went into a new village and new route as suggested and just continued until I heard the magic words 1 minute to go. I felt like I had more to give though I was feeling a little sickly again when I stopped which may be due to the extra exertion of the ramp. I am glad I left it this late though as I don't think I could have run this route any earlier. My most successful run so far.

Sounds like an enjoyable run amisfit , hills are difficult , as you get used to running the hill will become easier, unless the gradient is really steep.👍

Yes it felt good. More steep ish slope which meets a bridge whicb goes over a motorway. I definitely felt it in my legs though.
