Wow I did it, only thing 10 minutes in had sharp pain in my hip, so I slowed right down and pushed through to the end any tips for hip pain

If it is a niggle, keep running. If it is pain, stop running.

Follow the advice in the guide on minimising impact and do strengthening exercises.

Ok thanks for that it was a sharp pain to start with so I slowed down abit and it was there a niggle will have a read through
