Run done, I only recorded the 25 min bit (on a separate app), covered 2.76km, previously I've included all the walks but that wld be 35 mins now wldn't it?
Anyway, I wont go into numbers, but I think I'm at the same speed/pace as the early weeks but with a lot better breathing control/comfort so am taking that as progress. Actually planned and followed a route today, whereas previously I just went out onto the street and started, then avoided crossing any roads where the lights weren't in my favour. My subsequent route map looked like a crazy fly in a tailspin!! I really need some good songs to push me, but just can't think of any, oh well I've got my 'non-run' day to work on that.
